The students from Northcote High weren’t new to the social impact space. After learning about the foster care system, they wanted to provide relief to children in crisis and founded ‘Little Help.’ They couldn’t imagine leaving home with nothing but the clothes on your back, so their organisation created care packages for these affected children.
Now with Youth For Causes, they discovered the world of social enterprise as a way to sustain the incredible work they do. Their social enterprise ‘Beyond Bags’, sells a range of bags- totes, drawstring, and fanny packs- to raise money for the work The Salvation Army is doing within the foster care system.
Each bag you buy contributes to a bag that is donated to children who need it.
